Beyond Rosie is a ten-panel traveling exhibit that explores the experiences of women during World War II.  Built for the Museum of History and Holocaust Education, the project was completed in 2012 and is one of the museum’s popular traveling exhibits. I curated the exhibit with MHHE’s education manager Richard Harker and student interns Mallory Faust, Colin Moran, and Katy Sanderson.

The popularity of the exhibit prompted me and MHHE staff to compile a collection of primary sources on women during the war.  That work, Beyond Rosie: A Documentary History of Women in World War II, will be published by the University of Arkansas Press in the spring of 2015.
